Delete your account and data

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time:

• Rider app: Account → Settings → Delete account.
• Driver app: Account → Delete account.

If you can't reach the app, email a request from your registered address to info@innoveev.com and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email, and profile photo.
• Saved places, favorite drivers, and notification tokens.
• For drivers: KYC document, ID, licence, and vehicle photos.

What is retained

Trip and payment records are kept in anonymized form (without your name or number) for the period required by accounting and tax law. They can no longer identify you after deletion.
